Abstract

The paper presents a methodology how to quantify a technical and economic impact of selected smart solutions on hosting capacity increase of Distribution Energy Resources (DERs) and electric vehicles (EVs) on low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) level in a large distribution area in the future. The official Czech government documents called National Action Plan for Smart Grids (NAP SG) and Clean Mobility (NAP CM) published by Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade present several scenarios of future expected development of DERs and EVs.
