Abstract

The results of multiyear research on the condition of agricultural crops are analyzed on the basis of data on the reflectance of plants during their growing season. A universal method is proposed for assessing the physiological state and content of plant pigments on the basis of the chlorophyll potential S(t) in the red absorption band λ = 680 nm, as determined from spectral brightness coefficients.
