Abstract

the memory management of the embedded operating system has its unique traits. And so SOS operating system should have its own suitable methods for the memory management because of its small memory and resource constraint. This paper analyses the memory management of SOS operating system, and proposes a new data structure with the combination of memory management methods about μ C / OSII, then deeply probes into the memory allocation and recovery mechanisms, which provides an effective solution for memory management of SOS operating system.
