{"title":"Analisis Biaya Jasa Layanan Workshop Dan Galeri Promosi Pemasaran Upt Balai Industri Dan Promosi Dinas Kota Bandung","authors":"Rohman Agus Jatnika","doi":"10.53580/sistemik.v7i1.7","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak \nPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan munculnya berbagai masalah, karena belum diberlakukannya tarif kepada para Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) di Kota Bandung yang menggunakan layanan dan fasilitas mesin-mesin produksi ditambah lagi masalah biaya pengeluaran pemeliharaan fasilitas serta gedung di workshop Unit Pelayanan Teknis Balai Industri dan Promosi Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Bandung. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis biaya jasa layanan workshop dan galeri promosi pemasaran. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode penetapan harga atau biaya atau tarif dengan menggunakan metode cost-based pricing untuk masing-masing jenis layanan dan metode competition-based pricing umtuk komponen biaya seperti biaya material, pemeliharaan, depresiasi dan utilisasi. Tarif atau biaya penyediaan masing-masing pelayanan ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan rata-rata harga layanan serupa di pasaran yang disediakan oleh pihak komersial, sehingga hasil analisis kriteria kelayakan tarif didasarkan pada penetapan tarif Retribusi Usaha Jasa dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah, Bagian Ketujuh, Pasal 152 dan 152. Hasil ini memberikan gambaran bahwa agar kegiatan operasionalisasi UPT Balai Industri dan Promosi Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Bandung bisa lebih optimal. \n \nKata Kunci: Tarif, Fasilitas dan Pelayanan Optimal \n \nAbstract \nThis research is motivated by the emergence of various problems, related to not having a fixed rate for each service provider to the Small Craft Industry (IKM) of the City of Bandung as the users of production machinery and the issue of the cost of maintaining facilities and buildings at the Technical Service Center and Promotion Department of Commerce and Industry of the City of Bandung. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the cost of workshop services and marketing promotion galleries. The research method used is by pricing methods or fees or tariffs using the cost-based pricing method for each type of service and competition- method. based pricing for cost components such as material costs, maintenance, depreciation and utilization. The tariffs or costs of providing each service are then compared to the average price of similar services in the market provided by commercial parties, so the results of the analysis of tariff eligibility criteria are based on the stipulation of tariffs for Service Business Levies in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution, Seventh Section, Articles 152 and 152.
