In this study correlational survey model was used. The research group consisted of 230 academicians working at the Faculty of Sports Sciences. In this study, the data was collected using Communication Skills Evaluation Scale developed by Korkut (1996) and Organizational Culture Inventory developed by Deshpande, Farley, and Webster (1993), which was adapted into Turkish culture by Erdem, Adıgüzel and Kaya (2011). simple linear regression analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, independent samples t-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA were used for the analysis of the data. It has been determined that the relations between the communication skills evaluation levels of academicians and the scores of organizational culture types and the scores obtained for the general organizational culture, and the communication skills evaluation levels of academicians have a positive effect on organizational culture. It was determined that there was a significant difference between the title and management styles according to the communication skills evaluation levels of the academicians, but there was no significant difference between the gender and the status of administrative duties. Abstract

本研究的目的在于揭示体育科学学院院士沟通技巧评价水平对组织文化类型的影响,并确定两者之间的关系。本研究采用相关调查模型。该研究小组由230名在体育科学学院工作的院士组成。本研究使用Korkut(1996)开发的沟通技巧评估量表和Deshpande, Farley, and Webster(1993)开发的组织文化量表收集数据,Erdem, Adıgüzel和Kaya(2011)将其改编为土耳其文化。采用简单线性回归分析、Pearson相关分析、独立样本t检验分析、单因素方差分析对数据进行分析。确定了院士沟通技巧评价水平与组织文化类型得分和一般组织文化得分之间的关系,院士沟通技巧评价水平对组织文化有正向影响。根据院士的沟通能力评价水平确定,职称和管理风格之间存在显著差异,而性别和行政职务地位之间无显著差异。而院士的组织文化类型的文化水平与一般组织文化的文化水平之间没有显著差异,性别之间没有显著差异,但根据职称和管理风格存在显著差异。
