Abstract

An automatic system designed to stabilize the value of the thrust force, which determines the accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the product when it is processed on a lathe, by adjusting the tool feed, has been developed. Mathematical models of system elements consisting of the object of regulation of the technological process: automatic controller; sensor; amplifier and flow controller; the executive body - hydro support of the machine, allow calculation of the mass-geometric parameters required for design and manufacturing.
