The location of the research was in SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta. The respondents consist of the principal, the vice principal in charge of curriculum, and the teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques were with observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. \nFindings − The research result showed that: (1) The transformational leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta has already been good in increasing the quality of the graduates, (2) The instructional leadership of the principal in increasing the quality of the graduates in SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta has already been good, and (3) the graduates of SMA Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta I were targeted to be accepted in their favorite universities. Because the fighting spirit of the students were relatively not high, the target was not entirely achieved. Abstract

目的-本研究旨在(1)分析校长的变革型领导以提高毕业生的质量,(2)分析校长的指导性领导以提高毕业生的质量,(3)分析SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta毕业生的质量目标。方法:本研究采用描述性定性方法和案例研究法。研究地点在SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta。受访者包括校长,负责课程的副校长和SMA穆罕默迪亚日惹的教师。数据收集方法为观察法、访谈法和文献法。数据分析技术采用数据简化、数据呈现和结论绘制。研究结果−研究结果表明:(1)SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta校长的转型领导已经很好地提高了毕业生的质量,(2)校长在提高SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta毕业生质量方面的教学领导已经很好了,(3)SMA Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta I毕业生的目标是被他们喜欢的大学录取。由于同学们的斗志相对不高,目标没有完全实现。然而,在全球范围内,日惹穆罕默迪亚学院毕业生的质量已经很好了。
