Its network architecture and network protocol are specified to realize high performance connectivity and throughput. A simple prototype system is constructed to evaluate the functional and performance. Abstract

Disaster information network is very important for people in many countries, particularly in Japan because there are many serious disasters have occurred annually. So far we have developed a disaster information network based on wireless LANs because of their mobility, portability and easy installation.
