[The issue of paid medical care].

Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of improving the relationships between the state system of public health and medical cooperatives and cost-accounting organizations with a view of increasing the efficiency and quality of health care delivery. It has been shown that the paid system of health care delivery is assuming ever greater importance. On the basis of one's own investigations and practical measures introduced in the Samara region, recommendations are given to improve the cooperation between the Department of Health and medical cooperatives, an analysis is made of the reasons for insufficient development of paid system of health care in the country.
