Different image pre-processing techniques are implemented on fundus images and their performance is compared using performance metrics like mean square error, peak signal to noise ratio and root mean square error. Abstract

Retinopathy is a retinal vascular disease caused by abnormal blood flow that damages the retina and it accounts for 5% of blindness worldwide.
