Abstract

One of the challenging problems in forming a multimedia database is the organisation of visual information. Since visual media requires large amount of storage and processing, there is a need to efficiently index, store and retrieve the visual information from multimedia database. This paper presents a unique technique for robust and efficient video indexing by analyzing the video sequence directly in compressed domain. 一种鲁棒高效的压缩域视频索引方法
