Abstract

Objective\ To study the relationship between the expression of GAP\|43 mRNA and nerve regeneration in rat brain after 60 Co γ\|irradiation. Methods\ Wistar rats were subjected to whole\|body irradiation with 8 Gy 60 Co γ\|rays.The expression of GAP\|43 was detected by in situ hybridization histochemistry using Dig\|cRNA probe.
