In cross-border e-commerce, supply chain management is a crucial link, which is related to the coordination and optimization of various links such as production, transportation, inventory, and sales of goods. The supply chain management of cross-border e-commerce faces many challenges, such as the complexity of international logistics, the diversity of international trade rules, and the uncertainty of customs supervision.
