Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of new energy, the increasing uncertainty of power grid operation, the urgent need for rapid fault risk disposal capability for dispatching operation, and the difficulty in meeting the requirements of the existing manual preparation plan, this paper comprehensively considers the power grid risks in a variety of condition, and based on the online real-time data of the power grid, proposes a method for online plan generation and display of strategy implementation results. 多工况故障风险分析及在线方案生成方法
在新能源快速发展、电网运行不确定性增加、调度运行急需快速故障风险处置能力、现有人工准备方案难以满足要求的背景下,本文综合考虑多种情况下的电网风险,基于电网在线实时数据,提出了一种在线计划生成和战略实施结果显示的方法。该方法克服了故障集构建模式单一、故障处置策略描述模糊、无法实现定量分析、处理效果不可预测、方案实时性不足等问题。实际应用表明,该方法能有效协助调度员提前采取防控措施,提高事故处置效率。
