Then the controllability of the speed control system of ship switchboard diesel engine is researched and shows the system to be controllable over F(z), i.e, structurally controllable. Abstract
In this paper, a rational function matrix is proposed in recent years to analyze the structural properties of the speed control system of ship switchboard diesel engine. First, the Smith form PBH controllability criterion for the system over F(z) which is studied from existing conclusion is a new result.
