[Collective form of organization in the therapeutic department of outpatient clinics].

Abstract

The paper describes an experience gained in the work of the mixed team of district out-patient physicians and nurses for adult population. The necessity and importance of team contracts are substantiated as the first stage in the transition of health services to cost-accounting activities which are promoting a new economic thinking among medical workers. The conclusions made in the paper indicate that the team form of labour is a good way of solving numerous public health problems in the transition to the improved forms of performance.
