Abstract

In order to acquire the accurate pulse wave signal using the biomedical radar sensor, the DC offset calibration should be carried out first. In this paper, the non-convex minimization-based algorithm has been unitized to estimate the DC offset for radar-based carotid arterial pulse wave measurement. Experimental results show that the proposed method can calibrate the DC offset so that the accurate pulse wave signal can be acquired, which can be further used for radar-based pulse wave analysis.
