Abstract

The employment rate has always been the focus of people's attention. With the year-by-year expansion of the art design profession, the problem of student employment has become an urgent problem for all colleges and universities. This article presents an intelligent comprehensive assessment of employability of art design students. This method utilizes the environmental perception and autonomous behavior decision-making ability of the nonlinear regression algorithm (NRA), achieves an intelligent comprehensive assessment of the employability of art design students, and finally through the experimental analysis shows that the proposed method can be used as the new thought of the teaching reform of art design students in colleges and universities under the ever-changing social development, in an employment-oriented way cultivate students' professional skills, and improve the evaluation system of students' employability.
基于非线性回归算法的艺术设计专业学生就业能力智能综合评估
就业率一直是人们关注的焦点。随着艺术设计专业的逐年扩大,学生就业问题已成为各高校亟待解决的问题。本文提出了一种对艺术设计专业学生就业能力的智能综合评估方法。该方法利用非线性回归算法(NRA)的环境感知和自主行为决策能力,实现了对艺术设计专业学生就业能力的智能综合评估,最后通过实验分析表明,所提出的方法可以作为瞬息万变的社会发展下高校艺术设计专业教学改革的新思路。以就业为导向培养学生的专业技能,完善学生就业能力评价体系。
