In the increasingly fiercely competitive market, commercial banks are confronted with some problems such as decreasing comparative advantages of traditional financing channels, and poorly standardized and market-based bond financing markets. As the government deregulates commercial banking and M&A financing needs are rapidly growing, domestic commercial banks should vigorously develop investment banking and focus on emerging industries, and thus work to build a large service platform of M&A by expanding the product chain, innovating financing instruments, such as M&A loans, bonds and funds, and pursuing product diversification. Abstract

Growing merger and acquisition (M&A) business is an important way for commercial banks to achieve their own high-quality development. In the increasingly fiercely competitive market, commercial banks are confronted with some problems such as decreasing comparative advantages of traditional financing channels, and poorly standardized and market-based bond financing markets. As the government deregulates commercial banking and M&A financing needs are rapidly growing, domestic commercial banks should vigorously develop investment banking and focus on emerging industries, and thus work to build a large service platform of M&A by expanding the product chain, innovating financing instruments, such as M&A loans, bonds and funds, and pursuing product diversification. 发展并购业务是商业银行实现自身高质量发展的重要途径。在竞争日益激烈的市场中,商业银行面临着传统融资渠道比较优势下降、债券融资市场规范化、市场化程度不高等问题。随着政府对商业银行监管的放松和并购融资需求的快速增长,国内商业银行应大力发展投资银行业务,重点关注新兴产业,通过扩大产品链,创新并购贷款、债券、基金等融资工具,追求产品多元化,努力打造并购大服务平台。本文研究了中国商业银行并购业务的发展策略,并结合并购业务的发展现状,对相关数据进行分析,为我国商业银行有效开展并购融资业务提供建议。
