The purpose of this study case report is to present used of new deceased patient's teaching of clinical skills to students and to express their ethical challenges. Case Report: The patient was a 70-year-old woman with cardiopulmonary arrest. She is referred to the emergency department. The patient dies due to the unsuccessful of her resuscitation operation. Instructor uses patient corpse for training in cardiac massage and intubation of nursing students. In this case, the ethical and educational challenges raised are to include: ignore of patient rights, the patient's individual autonomy and obtain informed consent and used of cadaveric as educational tools.
