Abstract

In this paper we analyze the performance of a voice handover scheme for Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) networks. Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) is deemed to be the long-term solution for LTE and UMTS voice handover. The scheme is modeled on handover signal flows.
