Modern theories of motivation have been analyzed, and procedural theories have been given special attention. The authors suggested rules for effective staff motivation. The typical incentives that are relevant for the modern Ukrainian enterprise are analyzed. The most effective methods of stimulation were searched. Particular attention was paid to the social policy of the enterprise as a tool of economic stimulation. The main problems of the process of stimulation and motivation of the personnel of the modern enterprise are investigated. The aim of this study is to analyze the staff motivation and the development of the directions to improve the stimulation and motivation process at the enterprise under current economic conditions. For this point the essence and methods of the staff motivation and stimulation were considered. The objective of this study is to identify the main areas for improvement of work motivation at the enterprise. According to this goal the analysis of employment impacts was conducted, which helped to describe more fully the results of its operations, the effectiveness of the staff and working conditions. Based on the analysis of the existing system of working motivation authors offered to take measures that will lead to the creation of the company effective motivational environment.
