Abstract

: At present, the economy of individual EU countries, including Slovakia, is significantly affected by changes in the energy resources market. Customers in network markets are feeling the effects of rapidly changing and rising energy prices, and they have questions about securing the required amount of energy and the technological possibilities of supplying it. The aim of the paper is to identify the positive and negative aspects of systems focused on the heating supply with emphasis on the customer's perspective.
