Both are formed orthotropically which crosses. The girder is formed orthotropically in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, and the orthotropic floor is a transverse bridge. To increase the stiffness of the girder, then the orthotropic floor is casted with reinforced concrete. This tipe of structure is named orthotropic composite Tipe U (PGU) Plate Girder. To prove whether reinforced concrete casted on orthotropic floors can increase stiffness, then a bridge model with a scale of 1:10 was made. Bridge model in loading test. The loading test was performed on orthotropic PGU non-composites and on orthotropic PGU composites. Abstract
