Project management through the Accomplishment Value Procedure (AVP)

Abstract

This paper describes a technique called the Accomplishment Value Procedure, AVP, which accurately measures the status of and provides visibility to an information systems development project. It builds upon the foundation of two of R. I. Benjamin’s axioms: 1
