No sampling technique was used because the total population of teachers participated in the study. The descriptive-correlational in nature. It employed a questionnaire in gathering the data to measure stressors and coping mechanisms used by the respondents. The researcher found that teachers are stressed if the physical working environment is not conducive to learning and teaching. Moreover, lack of resource materials and other paperwork related can really affect the teachers mentally. On the other hand, emotional and social stressors did not affect too much, although teachers have encountered these stressors while in school.
