Asi, hace un recorrido por la heterogenea normativa autonomica de los destinos mas demandados por el turista, ademas de examinar la naturaleza y funcionamiento de la plataforma lider Airbnb. A ello hay que anadir que la entrada de turistas temporales puede originar una cierta dejacion en el cuidado de la vivienda y de las zonas comunes de un edificio sujeto al regimen de propiedad horizontal e, incluso, un trato poco respetuoso con los demas vecinos. En este punto se hace preciso un analisis de pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales sobre el alcance del derecho a la propiedad privada de! arto 33.1 CE y su posible conjugacion con la limitacion de apartamentos turisticos en pro de la convivencia y bienestar de los copropietarios en e! inmueble. EnglishConsidering the current situation of collaborative housing, rhis project aims to highlight the problems derived from its lack of a harmonized and suitable regulation. Thus, it deve!ops a review of the heterogeneous autonomic rules in the most demanded destinations by tourists; besides it studies the nature and functioning of the leader platform Airbnb. Moreover, the entry of temporary tourists may cause a certain neglect in the care of the house and common areas of the building subjected to Horizontal Property Regime, and even, a disrespectful treatment to other neighbors.
