Abstract

In the aluminium alloy extrusion process, the extrusion force is one of the important parameters. Generally speaking, under the premise of ensuring the feasibility of the process and the quality of the profile, it is hoped that the extrusion force is as small as possible. Based on the traditional extrusion die structure, a new flat cone die is designed. The finite element method is used to calculate the extrusion force during the extrusion process of 7075 aluminium alloy bars, and the key structural dimensions of the new flat-cone die are optimized. The calculation results show that the extrusion force of the new flat taper die is small under the premise of good product quality.
新型平锥模具的挤压力计算及结构优化
