Abstract

An analytical model of surface acoustic wave (SAW) gas sensor with viscoelastic chemisensitive layer has been presented in the paper. The problem was formulated using Biot viscoelastic solid model with Maxwell's relaxation time. The analytical solution was obtained by means of Fourier-Laplace transformation and Cagniard-deHoop method.
