Abstract

This paper describes a simple and reliable system for the measurement and treatment of pulsed voltage and pulsed current signals. The system includes high voltage dividers, current transformers, an oscilloscope, and a laptop to run software. The high voltage divider is based on a series configuration of high and low resistivity resistors made from de-ionized water. The current transformers used represent standard devices.
