Abstract:This article discusses Rudolf Dreikurs’s vision for Adlerian summer schools to develop skilled practitioners of Individual Psychology in communities around the world. The author shares experiences at the International Committee of Adlerian Summer Schools and Institutes (ICASSI) and the role ICASSI plays in building the Adlerian movement and fostering Adlerian–Dreikursian values.
