Abstract

The article addresses the problems of a new direction in the development of university libraries in the information and educational environment caused by the pandemic. Libraries have developed new skills in distance communication, and the introduction of new services and the creation of new electronic and media resources have enhanced the role of the library in providing information to various categories of users.
