ABOUT THE NECESSITY TO IMPROVE AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION IN CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

Clear filling of as-built documentation is a prerequisite for fixing the progress of construction and installation works during the construction, reconstruction or overhaul of the facility. This article examines the composition and functionality of the main executive document in construction — the general work log. The article traces the history of the development of the form of a general journal of works in our country, from 1955 to the present. In addition, considerable attention is paid to studying the guidelines for maintaining a general work log. The initial accounting documentation in construction was also considered. Logging problems and their possible causes were identified. The objectives of the magazine are formulated and recommendations for its improvement are given in the conditions of digitalization of the construction industry.
