The powder method was used in the analysis, whereas the samples were prepared using the sol-gel method. The anode material Li4Ti5O12 precursor was sintered at 850°C for 4 hours and followed by heat-treatment at 600oC for 3 hours. Characterization of structural (XRD analysis) was applied to determine the formation of Li4Ti5O12 phase. The results of the characterization were formed Lithium titanate (Li4Ti5O12) and rutile phase (TiO2) with crystallite size on LTO I of 82.52 nm and LTO II of 92.07 nm.
