However, the problem that often occurs related to archival human resources is the limitation of archival human resources both in quantity and quantity. This study aims to analyze ANRI's strategy in developing archival human resources. The strategy developed by ANRI is regulated in Perka ANRI No. 12 of 2017 regarding the Grand design of archival human resources development which is carried out using a strategy to improve performance management and the quality of archival human resources based on competence and technology. Abstract
/ABSTRAK Archives in an organization need to be managed properly. An archivist is responsible for being able to organize and manage records properly for organizational purposes quickly and precisely.
