Abstract

The basic and paramount direction of innovative development of the Sakhalin region is maintenance of corresponding conditions for realization of innovative processes in region, is a stimulation and support by the regional authorities and personally the governor creation of an innovative infrastructure and the infrastructural industry. In article other recommended directions of innovative development of economy of the Sakhalin region are resulted also.
