Abstract

Rarely used spare parts demand forecasting has always been the difficulty lies in the demand forecast. The first is the spare time of occurrence is difficult to forecast demand, followed by the size of the demand can not be determined. Based on the theory modem start time of occurrence demand for spare parts conducted in-depth research. Firstly, the discontinuous sequence is transformed into continuous sequence by modulation theory, then the continuous sequence is forecast and analyzed by EMD-LSSVM-BP method, finally the forecast result is obtained by demodulation.
