In this study, SPSS 23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and the Smart PLS 4.0 statistical package was used for hypothesis verification. A survey was conducted on 260 people using online learning platforms. As a result of confirming the relationship between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, price value, perceived risk, use intention, and use behavior, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and price value had a positive effect on use intention. Abstract
