The study investigates conceptual associations in the North Indian metro cities context, based on structural equation modeling with maximum likelihood estimation, using a sample of Executives from Small and medium private IT/ITES organizations. The study shows that cultural intelligence positively affects the internationalisation process of Indian SMEs in Delhi / NCR and doing business in Nordic countries. Cultural intelligence is helping firms to overcome cultural barriers and administrative issues in a better way and making the globalization process easier. To help Small and medium private IT/TIES organizations consider moving into international markets, especially in Nordic countries.
