This research will discussion the Blockchain technology and mobile app was used for campus learning coin to increase teaching effectiveness. The education reform has been thirty years since 1990, and in recent years the learning enthusiasm and class participation of student was decrease by the internet popularity. With the borderless online communication becoming more widespread, there are many information and method to learn, however, sometimes this information is inaccurate or wrong.
