When the percentage of FDI to GDP increases by 1%, the technical efficiency of service industry will increase by 3.5421%. When the amount of imports and exports increases by 1%, the technical efficiency of service industry will increase by 2.350%. Abstract

This paper uses stochastic frontier analysis to make empirical study on the influential factors of technical efficiency difference of China's service industry among provinces. We find that the technical efficiency of service industry of every province gets steady increase from 1992 to 2006, but the difference among provinces is great. 中国服务业省际技术效率差异影响因素研究----基于随机前沿分析(2009.02)

本文运用随机前沿分析方法对中国服务业省际技术效率差异的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究发现，1992 - 2006年，我国各省服务业技术效率呈稳定增长趋势，但各省之间存在较大差异。非国有经济的发展程度、外商直接投资(FDI)、进出口金额、地区特征等都影响着服务业的技术效率。非国有经济占经济总量的比重每提高1%，服务业的技术效率就会提高0.6626%。FDI占GDP的比重每提高1%，服务业的技术效率就会提高3.5421%。进出口总额每增长1%，服务业的技术效率将提高2.350%。在其他条件相同的情况下，东部地区服务业的技术效率高于中西部地区。
