Abstract

Currently the control of the orbit probes and the Earth's artificial satellites orientation is carried out by means of active systems, the executive units of which are the gyrodines. The accuracy of the orientation to considerable degree depends on the quality of the controlling moments developed by the gyrodines. This paper describes a gyrodine design to provide for the measurement of the constant and alternating moments within the required range with the specified accuracy.
