Nitrogen-fixing bacteria were isolated using Nutrient Agar (NA) medium and furthered by nitrogenase activity detection test with semi-solid Nitrogen Free Bromothymol Blue (NFB). Nitrogen-fixing bacteria are characterized by color changes in the medium.
