The starting impact of asynchronous motor in black start stage has great influence on system voltage and frequency stability. The best choice is to simulate the established scheme of black start through whole process simulation to verify its safety and reliability. In this paper, based on PSASP electromechanical transient calculation and analysis software, taking the black start design scheme of Indonesia Weda Bay industrial park’s thermal power project as the background, the electrical topology of the black start process is modeled. And also the model parameters of diesel governor and Automatic Voltage Regulator are debugged, and the actual model data is restored as much as possible. The influence of governor and automatic voltage regulator on system stability performance is analyzed accurately.
