Abstract
Since the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality was proposed, the process of low-carbon energy development in China has accelerated, in addition, with the deepening of the new round of power reform, the construction of the electricity spot market has become one of China's current important tasks. Under these trends, studying how to enable electricity retailer to solve the problem of renewable energy consumption in the context of the spot market is a key element in building a diversified, open and competitive electricity retail market. This paper presents an optimization method of retail packages for electricity retailers considering the spot market environment and the consumption of renewable energy. After analyzing the characteristics of the electric spot market and the value of electric energy under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, firstly, the clustering algorithm is used to quantify and classify the load characteristics of users, then, the behavior of users choosing packages is studied through user utility to ensure that the user's choice is consistent with the expectations of the electricity retailers, and an optimization model of packages with the goal of maximizing the profit of the electricity retailers is established after introducing the spot market and renewable energy. The calculation example obtains configuration plan of the green retail package suitable for different users with the data set in a certain city, which provides a scientific basis for the design and optimization of the retail packages for electricity retailers under the current national policy guidance.
