Abstract

The appearance of food is one of the most important factors for judging its deliciousness. This paper proposes a simple method to enhance the degree of subjective deliciousness of food visually perceived by a person by automatically changing its appearance in a real environment. The proposed system calculates a texture image from a captured camera image and directly projects the image onto the food using a projector with almost no analysis of the image unlike previous studies.
