At the end of the work, a numerical analysis of the output characteristics of the generator was performed in the case of an incomplete piezoelectric substrate coating. Abstract

In this paper, we present applied methods for calculating the performance characteristics of various models of cantilever piezoelectric generators in the presence of a proof mass in their construction. These methods were obtained on the basis of a previously developed mathematical model that takes into account the design features of real generator designs.
