It represents from the case of land ownership disputes. Abstract

One of the causes of land disputes is the conflict about the right of land ownership. it is the problem of land registration in Indonesia. The sources of Agrarian Law in Indonesia are derived from adat (customary) law, including the principle of rechtsverwerking. 印度尼西亚土地登记制度中土地登记工作原则的实施
土地所有权的冲突是土地纠纷产生的原因之一。这是印尼土地登记的问题。印度尼西亚土地法的渊源来自习惯法,包括土地流转原则。这一原则解释了土地权属证书公布后,土地权利要求期满的问题。因此,本文所要研究的问题是如何在印度尼西亚解决土地案件中运用土地补偿原则。结果发现,该规制与法院法理相关的规制中经常有人利用侵占他人土地的原则。它代表了土地所有权纠纷案件。要减少土地纠纷,切实落实公平劳动原则,促进建设公正、和平、包容的社会。
