Integrated microwave electronics

Abstract

The object of this report is to show some achievements and development problems of the domestic integrated semiconductor microwave electronics on the basis of practical experiment and achievements, stored in the Scientific-Research Institute for Microdevices of the NPO ELAS. The important attention was given to the questions, related to the integrated microwave electronics use in the space microelectronic apparato-building - in the satellite communications systems and Earth remote sensing system from space.
