Abstract In this chapter the description, geographical distribution, transmission and spread, clinical signs and diagnosis, pathology (gross and histological lesions), pathobiology (which includes changes to fish immune responses and virulence of the pathogen), dynamics of the host-pathogen relationship, and prevention and control of Mycobacteriosis in fishes are discussed.
